Lawn Fawn: Christmas Party Panda Card

Lawn Fawn Panda Party Christmas Dreams
Christmas Panda Card V.2.0
Hi there!  It's amazing that Christmas Eve is only nine days away.  I was getting worried that I'd never finish this V.2.0 of the one I originally created for my great aunt.  It took me about three days of messing around to finally able to produce this cute and warm Christmas Panda card.

It all started with the "scarf" from Lawn Fawn Snow Day (2014) and free birthday Party Panda (2018) stamp.  It would've been faster if I die cut them but I wanted to make a one layer card.  I struggled with the layout and technique.  Hours later of trial/ error and fussy cutting masks, I came up with the V.1.0 card.  I took a picture of it before mailing to my great aunt, and then decided to create a cleaner version with just the tree and panda.

By this time, I sort of got the hang of the layering order:  scarf, panda, tree.  Distress inks are blended to create a night background with a glowing star on top of tree.  Clear embossed snow this time as opposed to white snow on V.1.0 card.  I think it's less distracting.  Then I used white gel pen for tiny dots of snow.  The blue foreground is a mix of distress ink and Copic marker.  The panda and tree were the last things I colored using Copic markers.

For fun, I added a bit of sparkle on the bear and tree using Wink of Stella.
